At OneMetric, we focus on the metrics that truly matter for business growth. Role Description: This is a full-time on-site role for a Demand Generation Intern based in Gurugram. The intern will be responsible for generating meetings and business opportunities through the UpWork platform by writing compelling proposals and engaging with potential clients. Key Responsibilities:
  • Crafting personalized and persuasive proposals on UpWork to secure client meetings.
  • Researching potential clients and identifying opportunities for outreach.
  • Collaborating with the sales team to align proposal strategies with business goals.
  • Tracking and optimizing proposal performance to improve conversion rates.
  • Assisting in maintaining strong client relationships and follow-ups.
Qualifications:
  • Looking for a career in sales
  • Hunger for learning sales process
  • Ability to use AI tools (ChatGPT or more) and writing compelling emails/ proposals
  • Researching and Strong Communication Skills
Soft requirements:
  • Willing to work in a Startup culture
  • Flexible with the work hours (it could be less on certain days / daunting on other days)
