Job Description:
Join as a Device Configuration Advisor and help customers configure and troubleshoot smart home devices like Alexa, Ring, smart cameras, and thermostats.
Key Responsibilities:
- Guide users through device pairing, Wi-Fi setup, and app syncing.
- Solve issues related to device offline status or unresponsiveness.
- Offer relevant service plans and extended support coverage.
Requirements:
- Basic understanding of IoT and smart home technology.
- Strong communication skills and patience with non-tech-savvy users.

Pay: ₹20,907.70 - ₹44,442.50 per month
