· We are looking for a Digital Marketing Specialist with technical expertise in websites, SEO, CRO, automation, social media and performance marketing. This role requires a data-driven growth hacking approach who can set up, execute, and optimize digital campaigns across multiple channels while leveraging advanced tools and analytics.
· The ideal candidate is a hands-on marketer who is a doer , capable of deep-diving into analytics, building high-performing campaigns, and leveraging automation to scale growth ensuring all digital channels are: ? Set up, optimized, and continuously improved ? Driving measurable organic and paid growth ? Built for SEO excellence and technical performance ? Regularly updated, monitored, and maintained for maximum efficiency
Who we are looking for
- Experience: 4+ years of hands-on experience in digital marketing.
- Responsibilities:
- Website Management Optimization : ensure group websites is always up-to-date, high-performing, and optimized for conversions.
- Develop and implement digital marketing strategies to drive traffic, engagement, and lead generation.
- Make and optimize content for websites, blogs, and social media platforms.
- Collaborate with design and content teams to ensure brand consistency.
- SEO and Organic growth : Implement technical SEO best practices (site structure, schema markup, internal linking, page speed, and Core Web Vitals
- Paid and performance Marketing execution:
- Run, monitor, and optimize paid digital campaigns across Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and other relevant B2B platforms.
- Manage budget allocation, A/B testing, retargeting, and campaign optimization.
- Social Media and Digital Presence :
- Manage social media, email marketing, and PPC campaigns.
- Take ownership of Aurionpros LinkedIn and Twitter presence—posting, monitoring, and engaging actively.
- Optimize social channels for organic visibility and engagement.
- Analytics, Reporting Performance Tracking:
- Analyze website and campaign performance using tools like Google Analytics, SEMrush, and HubSpot.
- Set up and manage dashboards to monitor KPIs such as traffic growth, bounce rates, time on site, and keyword rankings.
- Provide regular insights and actionable recommendations based on data.
- Drive Aurionpros digital marketing strategy to support the companys growth trajectory by increasing brand awareness, generating demand, and securing high-quality leads.
- Technical Skills:
- Experience with Google Ads, Facebook Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and programmatic advertising.
- Proficiency in managing CMS platforms such as WordPress, Webflow, or similar.
- Strong understanding of website performance, security, and UI/UX best practices.
- Ability to execute and manage paid campaigns, social media presence, and ongoing optimizations.
- Personal Attributes:

- Excellent communication and project management skills.
