Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement engaging lesson plans based on early childhood education best practices.
- Create a safe, positive, and inclusive classroom environment.
- Foster childrens curiosity through creative activities such as storytelling, art, music, and play.
- Teach basic skills such as numbers, colors, shapes, and letters in a fun and interactive way.
- Encourage social interactions and help develop communication and problem-solving skills.
- Observe each childs development and provide feedback to parents and guardians.
- Maintain classroom cleanliness, order, and safety protocols.
- Collaborate with co-teachers and staff to enhance the learning experience.
Requirements:
- Bachelors degree or diploma in Early Childhood Education or a related field.
- Prior experience as a Preschool Teacher or similar role preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Patience, creativity, and a love for working with children.
- Knowledge of child development and classroom management techniques.
