Engineer - Global Service Operations

Job Description

�The role is responsible for managing RF Network and customer queries and operations. This is an operational role that may seek appropriate level of guidance and advice to ensure delivery of quality outcomes.

Responsibilities

·      Monitoring & Analyzing RF Network faults.

·  Diagnosing, troubleshooting and Fixing RF Network Issues.

·  Handling RF Network Incidents as per defined process & drive for timely resolution with Cross functional team.

·  Taking ownership of customer issues reported, solving their problems through by providing resolution.

·      Drive for Data/RF Engg initiated project in field for timely closure.

·  Analyzing & Fixing RF NW & Customer repeat cases.

·  Following standard procedures for proper escalation of unresolved issues to the appropriate internal teams

Desired Skill sets

·  Demonstration of problem-solving skills

·  Prior experience of providing customer service support in fast paced, high availability, 24X7 environments.

·  Maintain awareness of latest technologies in the domain

·  Good oral and written skills
