Office Location-Tarapur (4times in a week)2 time to Andheri(2 Times in a week)

Education Qualification: Graduate from any stream

Years of experience: Minimum 2 year

Working days and working time : Time: 10AM to 7PM,

Working Days-Monday- Saturday ,Second and Third Saturday- Holiday.

Designation-Export Executive

Gender preference (if any): Male Candidates

Excellent Communication Skills in English.

Excellent knowledge of MS Office, specially

Microsoft Excel. SAP working preferred

Excellent coordination and problem-solving

abilities

Experience in sales coordination or customer service, preferably in an

international business environment. Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-

paced environment.

Job role (Responsibility) 1. Coordinating with International

Customers and various dept. within the

organization to fulfil customer queries.

2.Coordinate and facilitate communication between customers and internal

departments (Design, Production, Logistics, and Sampling) to ensure smooth operations.

3.Build and maintain strong business relationships with customers by providing

outstanding service and prompt responses.

4.Expedite the resolution of customer issues and complaints to maximize satisfaction and

maintain long-term partnerships.

5.Collaborate with internal teams to align sales efforts, ensuring smooth execution of

orders and timely deliveries.

6.Payment Outstanding follow-up with customers.

7.Provide regular reports on SalesGenerated, customer needs, feedback, and

potential opportunities for new products or improvements.

8.Monitor and follow up with Sampling,Production, and Logistics departments to

ensure timely sample dispatch and production delivery.
