Job Title: Store Locator - Mobile Retail

Location: [AP and Telangana region]

Job Summary:

Were seeking an experienced Store Locator to identify and secure new store premises for our mobile retail business, excellent negotiation skills, market knowledge, and analytical abilities.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Identify potential Premises for new stores within the allotted area, considering factors like:

- Competition

- Accessibility

2. Conduct market research and analyze:

- Population density

- Competitor store performance

- Local market trends

3. Negotiate rent and lease terms with property owners.

4. Gather and document location-specific data

5. Prepare and present location reports, including:

- Site photographs

- Maps

- Market analysis

6. Collaborate with internal stakeholders (Operations, Marketing, and Sales) to ensure alignment with business objectives.

7. Maintain relationships with owners and local authorities.

Requirements:

- Strong knowledge of local markets and demographics

- Excellent negotiation and communication skills

- Analytical and problem-solving abilities

- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
