Designation : Graphic Designer & Video ProducerRole:The Graphic Designer & Video Producer will support the execution of marketing initiatives aimed at enhancing Simplify Healthcares digital presence and improving customer engagement. This role requires strong creative skills across graphic design, video production, animation, and UX/UI, delivering impactful visuals across both digital and print channels. Experience Overall 4+ years of experience including:Graphic DesigningMotion GraphicsVideo editing and 2D animationCharacter animationDesigning flyers, banners, and brochures.

Key Responsibilities1. Graphic Design & Marketing CollateralDesign marketing materials including brochures, flyers, banners, guides, emailers, and presentations. Ensure alignment with brand guidelines across all assets.

Collaborate with internal stakeholders to develop visually compelling content for online and offline use.2. Video Editing & AnimationConceptualize, film, edit, and produce promotional and explainer videos. Create 2D animations and character animations to support marketing campaigns.

Support video production during live events.3. UX/UI DesignDesign engaging user interfaces for web and mobile platforms. Convert concepts into wireframes, mock-ups, and prototypes.

Collaborate with developers and product teams to enhance user experience. Apply design best practices across digital touchpoints including websites, apps, social media, and email. Technical SkillsStrong proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Premiere Pro, After Effects).

Skilled in multimedia, motion graphics, and animation. Experience with CMS platforms (WordPress, Squarespace) and working knowledge of HTML/HTML5/CSS.Familiarity with social media design standards (LinkedIn, Facebook, Twitter, Google Ads). Functional SkillsStrong project management and time management abilities.

Excellent communication and collaboration skills. Highly detail-oriented with a proactive, problem-solving mindset. Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities under tight deadlines.
