Head of Cluster Video Multimedia

For our Segment CSV (Commercial and Special Vehicles) we are searching a visionary Head of Cluster Video Multimedia to lead our product and customer strategy. Your Tasks You are responsible for the Video and Multimedia business within our Sector, you will have the following tasks together with your worldwide organisation. Product Roadmap Development: Create and maintain a strategic product roadmap that aligns with company goals and market needs Customer Acquisition: Develop and implement effective strategies to attract and retain customers, ensuring sustainable growth and strong market presence Customer Projects: Lead and oversee customer projects from inception to successful completion, focusing on timely delivery and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction Product Management: Manage the entire product management process, including product development, launch, and lifecycle management, ensuring products meet market expectations P&L Responsibility: Monitor and manage the products financial performance to ensure profitability and cost-effectiveness, while maintaining long-term business success Qualifications University degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field. (A masters degree in a relevant field is a plus.) Several years experience in product management and customer acquisition/ customer negotiation Strong project management skills with a track record of successful project delivery Excellent strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities Ability to manage financial aspects of product management, including P&L responsibility Verbal and written language fluency in English required Driving collaboration in an international & intercultural team set up
