Job Title: IT Recruiter (European and UK Markets)Location: Sector 63 (Noida)Job Type: Full-timeExperience: 2.5+ YearsCompany: WebologixKey Responsibilities:Sourcing & Recruitment: Identify and engage qualified IT professionals for roles across a variety of sectors, including software development, cybersecurity, cloud computing, data analysis, and more. Client Collaboration: Work closely with hiring managers and clients in the European and UK markets to understand their recruitment needs and ensure a clear understanding of job requirements and expectations. Candidate Screening: Conduct thorough candidate screening processes, including initial interviews, technical assessments, and reference checks, ensuring high-quality candidates are presented to clients.
Talent Pool Management: Build and maintain a network of highly qualified IT candidates across Europe and the UK, including active and passive talent. Job Advertising & Market Research: Utilize job boards, social media, and professional networks (such as LinkedIn) to advertise job vacancies and research the local talent market. Offer Management & Negotiation: Manage the offer process, including extending job offers, negotiating salaries, and facilitating the onboarding process for successful candidates.
Compliance & Best Practices: Ensure all recruitment activities comply with local regulations and company policies while maintaining high standards of recruitment best practices. Reporting & Analytics: Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate tracking in the applicant tracking system (ATS) and provide regular reports on recruitment progress, challenges, and metrics. Requirements:Experience: Proven experience as an IT Recruiter or in a similar role, with a strong focus on recruiting for IT positions across the European and UK markets.
Knowledge: In-depth understanding of IT roles, technologies, and industry trends in the European and UK regions. Sourcing Skills: Proficient in sourcing candidates through various channels, including job boards, LinkedIn, direct sourcing, and talent pools. Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to engage and build relationships with candidates, hiring managers, and clients.
Negotiation Skills: Strong negotiation and persuasion skills, with the ability to manage offers and salary expectations effectively. Multilingual: Fluency in English is required; additional languages (e.g., French, German, Spanish) would be a plus. Organizational Skills: Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to manage multiple roles and priorities simultaneously.
Technology Proficiency: Comfortable using ATS, job boards, LinkedIn Recruiter, and other recruitment tools.
