Job Title: Intern - Performance Marketing Summary: We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic individual to join our Paid Media department as an Intern in Performance Marketing. This role will provide hands-on experience in managing and optimizing digital advertising campaigns to drive performance and achieve business objectives. Roles and Responsibilities:

• Assist in the creation and execution of paid media campaigns across various platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and LinkedIn Ads
• Monitor campaign performance and provide insights and recommendations for optimization
• Conduct keyword research and ad copy testing to improve campaign effectiveness
• Collaborate with the marketing team to develop strategies for audience targeting and segmentation
• Assist in the analysis of campaign data to track key performance metrics and ROI
• Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in performance marketing

Qualifications:

• Currently pursuing a degree in Marketing, Advertising, Business, or a related field
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Google Analytics is a plus
