Strong understanding of RESTful APIs, web services, and microservices design principles, with hands-on experience in building scalable and distributed systems.

Familiarity with GenAI, chatbot frameworks and applications of LLMs is a plus. Excellent problem-solving abilities and technical decision-making skills, with a focus on delivering innovative solutions to complex challenges. Experience working in Agile environments, delivering iterative solutions using Agile methodologies.

Strong commitment to quality, with experience in code reviews, test-driven development (TDD), and continuous improvement of development practices. Experience with at least one cloud platform (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP) and containerization technologies (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes). Hands-on experience with relational (e.g., MySQL, PostgreSQL) and/or NoSQL databases (e.g., MongoDB).

Demonstrated leadership skills, including mentoring junior developers and coordinating cross-functional teams.
