About The Role

Onboarding and offboarding, tracking IT assets, troubleshooting and problem-solving, Microsoft Office proficiency, hardware and software troubleshooting, and handling L1 helpdesk tickets.

Job Responsibilities

  • 0.5 yr - 1 year of experience in IT support.
  • Windows/Linux Installation and configuration on Laptops and Desktops
  • Support at L1 level and Desktop/Laptop troubleshooting.
  • Good in Hardware/Software/OS Level troubleshooting.
  • Excellent at cross-functional collaboration. Ability to a build rapport with delivery & technology teams & functional heads.
  • Conceptual Knowledge of IT Basic Software like Antivirus, Helpdesk, MS Office, and Inventory Software.
  • Networking concepts at the basics level - VLAN, Routers, and Switching.
  • Any bachelors degree in computers or Any bachelors degree with Training in Computers and Networking Concepts.
  • Should be able to follow the internal processes and procedures and provide recommendations where applicable.
  • Good Understanding and Communication skills.
