Job Description Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage projects using Zoho Suite, Smart sheets, and other tools.
  • Track tasks, maintain meeting documentation, and ensure timely follow-ups.
  • Prepare basic reports and dashboards (MS Excel, Google Sheets).
  • Handle calendars, travel, expenses, and escalation management.
  • Coordinate across teams and support process optimization.
Requirements Requirements:
  • At least 1 year of experience
  • Proficiency in Project Management & Data Analysis Tools.
  • Strong task tracking, follow-up, and documentation skills.
  • Familiarity with AI-based transcription tools (Fireflies, Otter.ai).
  • Prior experience in Affiliate Marketing, Digital Marketing, or the Tech Industry is a plus.
