    Job Summary:The ORM Agent will be responsible for monitoring, managing, and improving KreditBees onlinereputation, with strong communication skills in English and Hindi. Additional languages will beconsidered an advantage.

    Key Responsibilities: Online Reputation Monitoring: Regularly track and analyze online mentions of KreditBeeacross social media platforms, review sites, forums, and blogs. Response Management: Proactively respond to customer reviews, comments, andqueries in Hindi and English in a timely and professional manner, ensuring alignmentwith KreditBees brand voice. Crisis Management: Address negative reviews and feedback, while supporting customerretention and brand integrity. Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams (Marketing, Product, CustomerService) to align ORM efforts with broader company goals. Review Platform Management: Ensure accurate portrayal of KreditBee on review sites. Monitor Industry Trends: Stay updated on ORM best practices and emerging trends inonline reputation management and customer feedback.

    Key Requirements: Experience: Minimum 1 - 3 years in Online Reputation Management or Social MediaManagement.Preferred Male candidates

    Skills: Strong understanding of social media platforms, review sites, and online forums. Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Hindi and English. Proficiency in ORM tools (e.g., Locobuzz, Meltwater, Sprinklr, Simplify360). Strong crisis management skills and ability to remain calm under pressure.

    Education: Bachelor degree or a related field (preferred).

    Attributes: Attention to detail and creative problem-solving abilities. Ability to work independently and collaboratively. Customer-centric mindset with a passion for delivering a positive brand experience.

    Desirable Qualities:

    Knowledge of financial technology and digital lending services. Experience in a fast-paced, high-growth company. Ability to analyze data and leverage insights for decision-making.
