Role Brief:

The Photographer will capture and process images and videos for campaigns, ensuring they resonate with the audience and align with campaign objectives. This role demands creativity, technical expertise, and a passion for storytelling through photography. In this role, you will be responsible for capturing, editing, and producing high-quality videos and photos of political clients on an everyday basis and hence will require extensive travel.

Responsibilities:

· Photography: Capture events, portraits, and landscapes that align with project themes, focussing especially on individuals and large crowds.

· Editing and Processing: Use software like Photoshop, Lightroom, premiere pro etc. for basic post-production, before handing over to the creative team.

· Equipment Management: Maintain and ensure the readiness of photographic equipment, including setup and management of lighting, sound, props and drones whenever necessary.

· Content Collaboration: Work with third party photography teams on a need basis for larger projects and coordinate with them for end-to-end coverage.

· Archiving: Organize and maintain a repository of visuals and images as digital assets for future use.

· Extensive Travel: Travel alongside political clients and secretaries for everyday coverage of events, participants, large crowd, public speeches, rallies, campaigns etc.

Preferred Qualification:

· Professional certification or degree in Photography or Visual Arts.

· 1+ year of experience in event and campaign photography.

· Experience in Live streaming, 360 degree and VR Production

Minimum Qualification:

· Proven portfolio of professional photography work.

· Excellent storytelling & creative skills to convey intended messages in the visual medium.

· Technical expertise in camera handling, photo editing and understanding of photographic equipment viz., lenses, lighting tools and sound recording.

· Effective time management skills and ability to meet deadlines.

· Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
