Purchase Executive

Role Overview: We are seeking a Purchase Executive with a sharp eye for detail, a structured approach, and a strong commitment to process excellence. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in procurement operations , imports , and vendor coordination , with a track record of handling procurement for at least 1000 units annually . Key Responsibilities: Manage end-to-end PR to PO conversion efficiently Handle import operations and related documentation with regulatory compliance Execute and track orders for over 1000 units annually , ensuring timely deliveries Collaborate with internal stakeholders (Planning, Warehouse, QA, Finance) and vendors for smooth procurement execution Ensure OTIF (On Time In Full) delivery by maintaining rigorous follow-ups Update and maintain accurate purchase records and dashboards Contribute to vendor evaluation and performance reviews Required Skills & Competencies: Proficient in MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills Ability to multitask and prioritize in a high-volume procurement environment Meticulous, process-driven, and extremely organized Extroverted personality with a problem-solving and ownership mindset Prior experience handling bulk procurement (1000+ units annually) and imports is mandatory Salary : Upto 7 LPA Candidates from Manufacturing industries preferred.
