Role and Responsibilities: Tech lead with over 10 years experience leading a team of Python developers.Manage the team, ensure quality and schedule of deliverables are maintained.Work with cross-functional teams, BA, & Dev.Coach junior team members by providing technical and product functionality guidance

Serve as a Subject Matter Expert on product functionality

Identify project risks and create a risk mitigation plan

Key skills required:Strong knowledge of Azure SDK supporting code in Python.Strong in .NET full stack skills. And design patterns.Strong in microservices and Azure.PysparkBachelors degree (4 years degree) in computer science, computer engineering, or related IT field

Minimum 10 years of Python experience in addition to the degree

Three years of experience in an Agile Software Development environment

Strong written and verbal skills

Ability to complete work assignments under tight deadlines Additional Information:Self-starter with solid analytical and problem-solving skills

Willingness to work extra hours to meet deliverables
