Key Responsibilities and Accountabilities:
- Feasibility budget, Project Budget, RFA input and Cost Control
- Prepare project budget, cost estimates and cost management plans.
- Manage RFA input and Design review process
- Manage provisional sums and PC rates of the project
- Monitor, adjust and update cost management plan as per approved change requests.
- Prepare estimates of cost of options for consideration by management
- Prepare estimates for change management where required.
- Prepare and manage database of rates, awards, cost reports and areas
- Prepare revised cost estimates for change orders for project teams review.
- Assist in value engineering and life cycle costing workshops for cost optimization.
- Supporting in development of feasibility budget and detailed budget automation
- Assist in finding threats and opportunities to achieve savings and greater value for project by employing appropriate risk management strategies.
Education & Experience:
Bachelors of Engineering (BTech) / Bachelors of Quantity surveying (BSc QS)
8-10+ years of experience with Developers or Contractors or Cost Consultants
