Job Title: Real Estate Visitor

Job Summary:

Were seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused Real Estate Visitor to join our team. As a Real Estate Visitor, youll be responsible for visiting properties, assessing their condition, and gathering information to facilitate sales or rentals.

Key Responsibilities:

- Visit properties to assess their condition, amenities, and features

- Gather accurate information about properties, including measurements, layout, and defects

- Take high-quality photos and videos of properties for marketing purposes

- Prepare detailed reports on property condition, including notes and photographs

- Collaborate with real estate agents, property owners, and other stakeholders

- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures

Requirements:

- 1-2 years of experience in real estate, property inspection, or a related field

- Strong attention to detail and ability to accurately assess property condition

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively

- Familiarity with real estate software and technology

- Valid drivers license and willingness to travel to various locations
