Our client is a political organization that works on campaigns, communication, and public engagement. We are seeking a Research Associate to deliver data-driven insights and strategic recommendations that inform campaign decisions and amplify public engagement.

Job Details:

● Tenure: Full Time

● Experience Required: 1-3 years

● Location: Chennai, Tamil Nadu

● CTC: 5-6 LPA

● Language - English, Tamil (Mandatory)

Job Responsibilities:

● Conduct in-depth research on political issues, policies, and competitors.

● Prepare comprehensive reports and white papers on key political topics.

● Analyze public opinion, surveys, and focus group insights.

● Provide data-driven insights to enhance campaign messaging and political strategies.

Required Qualifications:

● 1-3 years of experience in political research, policy analysis, or public affairs.

● Bachelors or Masters degree in Political Science, Public Policy, Development Studies, or a related field.

● Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a knack for creating compelling research reports and presentations.

● Strong analytical, writing, and presentation skills.

● Proficiency in using research tools, databases, and software for qualitative and quantitative analysis.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹45,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
