The project aims to enhance agricultural productivity and rural livelihoods in Eastern Uttar Pradesh (Deoria) through strategic planning and on-ground execution. Led by a senior leader and project manager with strong operational and program management experience, the initiative focuses on identifying high-impact opportunities, developing execution roadmaps, securing funding, and implementing scalable interventions in collaboration with local stakeholders.
Skills: Lead entire initiative, handle multiple projects
Analytical, structured thinking, on-ground execution ("hustler")
Responsibilities: Implement agricultural productivity initiatives, develop detailed plans, secure funding, begin implementation
15+ years of experience
Delhi (WFH possible) and Deoria (3-4 days/week) for 2 years minimum contract
