Sr. Customer Service Executive - Collections
Job Description
�Operational role responsible for supporting billing team in day-to-day operations. The incumbent may seek appropriate level of guidance and advice to ensure delivery of quality outcomes.
Responsibilities
�Maintain customer accounts and ensure billing is accurate. �Delivery of billing information to customer�s address �Ensure achievement of collection targets and reduce outstanding collections and debt bucket. �Track payments, expenditures process, invoices expense claims, reconcile processed payments. � Analyse accounts �Monthly report generation
Minimum qualification & experience
Graduation from recognized government university and 2 years minimum experience in collection field
� accounting or finance experienceDesired Skill sets
�Basic accounting procedures, Excel, Outlook
