Ltd. is hiring a Senior HVAC Draughtsman to support our project execution team with detailed and accurate design documentation.

The candidate will be responsible for preparing coordinated HVAC drawings based on engineering inputs, project layouts, and site conditions. Key Responsibilities:Prepare HVAC layout drawings for ducting, piping, equipment, and supports using AutoCADDevelop shop drawings and coordinated MEP layouts for execution at site

Convert consultant design inputs into detailed working drawings

Issue Good for Construction (GFC) drawings and update as-built drawings as needed

Coordinate HVAC designs with other services (architectural, electrical, plumbing)Interpret specifications and ensure drawings align with project requirements and standards

Incorporate site feedback and revisions accurately and efficiently

Maintain drawing documentation and version control

Required Skills & Qualifications:Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or ITI (Draftsmanship)4 to 7 years of experience in HVAC drafting roles (site or office-based)Proficient in AutoCAD (Revit/BIM knowledge is a plus)Strong knowledge of HVAC systems and installation practices

Ability to read architectural and MEP drawings

Attention to detail and commitment to documentation accuracy

Good communication skills and ability to coordinate with project and site teams
