Position Overview:

This is a full-time on-site role for a Student Counselor & B2C Sales job for admission counselling and career counselling. Role involves promoting skill development courses offered by EduCADD by effective communication with students/prospects and providing high-quality customer service . Achieving monthly admission targets will be the prime responsibility of this role.

Job Description: Responsibilities

Generate walk-ins through tele-calling, email and other sources

Prompt calling of leads received from GoogleAds, Sulekha, Justdial etc

Consistent follow up of leads and generate walk ins

Counsel walked in students and convert to admissions

Responsible for admission processes, batch scheduling, training delivery and achieving monthly admission targets.

Operation & Delivery related

Counsel students and convert them into admissions and achieve monthly admission targets

Ensure completion of batches as per defined plan

Ensure that training delivered by centre meet training objectives like quality standards meeting customer satisfaction norms

Enrolment Assistance: Guide students through the enrolment process, documentation and payment collection.

Assist students with queries regarding course material, deadlines or academic concerns. Provide necessary support throughout their learning journey.

Promote EduCADDs skill development programs through seminars, social media and email campaigns

Ensure high levels of student satisfaction and encourage retention by offering tailored solutions and support.

Maintain accurate records of student inquiries, enrolments and student feedback.

Requirements:

Candidate with prior experience as counsellor or Center Manager in CAD or IT Training Centers shall be referred

Graduate with good knowledge on Microsoft applications like word, excel and PowerPoint.

Good writing skills and Email etiquette

Language Proficiency: Fluency in English and Kannada is mandatory. Knowledge of Telugu added advantage.

Candidates from Bangalore, Marathahalli area or those willing to relocate to Marathahalli, Bangalore shall only be considered
