  • *Offer Management: * Coordinate the distribution and tracking of job offers, ensuring timely and accurate communication with candidates.
  • *Candidate Engagement: * Maintain open lines of communication with candidates, answering questions, addressing concerns, and providing regular updates throughout the pre-start process.
  • *Onboarding Preparation: * Collaborate with the Onboarding team to gather necessary information, documents, and equipment requirements from new hires before their start date.
  • *New Hire Orientation Planning: * Assist in the development and coordination of onboarding activities, including orientation sessions, training programs, and team introductions.
  • *Data Management: * Maintain up-to-date records of accepted offers, candidate communications, and new hire information in our applicant tracking system.
  • *Process Improvement: * Identify opportunities to streamline and enhance the post-offer process, leveraging technology and best practices to improve efficiency and candidate satisfaction.
  • *Regulatory Compliance: * Ensure adherence to employment regulations, company policies, and data privacy standards throughout the post-offer phase.
  • *Feedback Collection: * Gather candidate feedback on their post-offer experience to inform continuous improvement efforts and enhance our employer value proposition.
  • *Cross-Functional Collaboration: * Work closely with hiring managers, onboarding specialists, and other Talent Acquisition team members to ensure a cohesive and positive candidate experience.
  • Stakeholder Management: * Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including hiring managers, HR partners, and other business leaders to ensure alignment and effective communication throughout the recruitment and onboarding process
Preferred EducationMasters DegreeRequired Technical And Professional Expertise
  • 3+ years of experience in a recruitment, HR, or administrative role, with a focus on post-offer coordination or candidate engagement.
  • Strong organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple new hire files and maintain accurate records.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with candidates, stakeholders, and internal teams.
  • Proficiency in applicant tracking systems, Microsoft Office Suite, and Google Workspace.
  • Detail-oriented, with a keen eye for accuracy and compliance.
  • Adaptable and able to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field; relevant certifications are a plus.
