Role : Tamil Voice Process Executive

Qualification : Graduates or Undergraduates can apply .

Languages known : Tamil and English

Experience : Only Freshers can Apply.

Salary Range : 10K -15K

Working days : 6 days of working.

Location : Thoraipakkam,Tamilnadu.

Roles and Responsibilities :

1) Handle customer calls, resolve their queries, and provide excellent service.

2) Make outbound calls to customers for sales, collections, or other purposes.

3)Process customer requests and update records accordingly.

4) Maintain accurate records of all interactions with customers.
