Role : Test Engineer Experience : 3 to 5 Years Required Skills are- Must Have :- • Experience with manual and automated testing methodologies • Proficiency in test automation tools (Selenium, etc.) • Knowledge of API testing tools (Bruno, REST Assured, Postman or equivalent) • Experience with Agile and bug tracking tools (Azure DevOps, Rally, Jira, Bugzilla, etc.) • Cross-browser and cross-platform testing experience • Functional, regression, integration, and user acceptance testing • Design, write and execute detailed Test Cases/Test Plan • Agile/Scrum testing methodologies Good To have : • Understanding of web technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript basics) • Performance and load testing fundamentals • Programming knowledge (Python or Java, or JavaScript) • Cloud platform familiarity (AWS, Azure) • UI/UX/Usability and Accessibility testing knowledge • Knowledge about version control systems like Git Soft Skills: • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities • Good communication skills for collaborating with developers and all other stakeholders • Attention to detail and quality-focused mindset - a must. • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities • Documentation skills for test reports and defect analysis
