Job Title: UAT Tester/Senior Business Analyst - ServiceNow (TPRM)

Experience Required:

  • Technical: Minimum 3 years in ServiceNow, UAT execution, and test case development
  • Functional: Minimum 7 years in Third Party Risk Management (TPRM) processes

Job Description: We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Business Analyst specializing in ServiceNow for our TPRM (Third Party Risk Management) module implementation. The ideal candidate will work as an extension of the IT and Business Solutions Group (BSG) team to manage end-to-end implementation, testing, and support processes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Requirement Gathering & Documentation:
  • Conducting and documenting comprehensive requirement analysis
  • Translating business concepts into system and process requirements
  • Stakeholder Communication:
  • Explain requirements to OEM/SI Partner/In-house developers
  • Facilitate requirement sign-off from business stakeholders
  • Testing & Quality Assurance:
  • Prepare UAT test scenarios, entry/exit criteria, and test cases
  • Track UAT execution and assist internal and outsourced teams
  • Project Management & Reporting:
  • Track and manage project plans and deliver regular status updates
  • Coordinate meetings (Working Committee, Executive Committee, Steering Committee), including documentation and tracking action items
  • Implementation & Go-live:
  • Prepare and execute the go-live runbook with stakeholder buy-in
  • Provide post-go-live support and manage BAU production support
  • Collaboration & Delivery:
  • Collaborate with vendors, business teams, and IT project resources for smooth day-to-day operations
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory guidelines and organizational priorities

Skills & Competencies:

  • Strong expertise in ServiceNow platform configuration and implementation
  • In-depth knowledge of TPRM processes, including:
  • Activity Risk Assessment
  • Vendor Pre-Onboarding Assessment (COI, De-dupe, etc.)
  • Vendor Onboarding & Periodic Review
  • SLA Reporting & Risk Scoring
  • Excellent analytical, communication, and documentation skills
  • Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and drive project deliverables

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹800,000.00 - ₹1,500,000.00 per year
