Job Title: US Voice Process ExecutiveLocation: Sector 18, GurgaonExperience: Fresher to 1 yearSalary: ₹30000Working Days: 5 days/weekShifts: US Timings

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Handle inbound and outbound calls to customers in the US, providing excellent customer service.
• Resolve customer queries and concerns regarding products/services.
• Ensure effective communication and maintain a positive relationship with customers.
• Provide accurate information and assist customers in resolving issues quickly.
• Manage customer accounts and update information in the system.
• Upsell or cross-sell products or services when required.
• Follow scripts and processes to maintain consistency and quality.
• Maintain call logs and records of customer interactions.
• Collaborate with team members to achieve customer service goals.
• Participate in training sessions and process improvements to enhance performance.

Skills & Qualifications:

• Strong verbal communication skills in English.
• Ability to work in night shifts (US timing).
• Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM tools.
• Willingness to learn and adapt to new processes.
• Positive attitude and customer-oriented approach.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Up to ₹30,000.00 per month
