UX Designer

8+ years of professional experience in UX design for web and mobile applications. Expert-level proficiency in Figma and Adobe XD is essential. Strong working knowledge of other design tools such as Photoshop and Illustrator. Deep understanding and proven application of user-centered design methodologies and principles. Strong understanding of interaction design principles and best practices for creating intuitive and engaging user interfaces. Extensive experience in planning, conducting, and analyzing various user research methods (e., interviews, surveys, usability testing).  Experience in planning and interpreting results from A/B testing experiments. Proven ability to analyze user behavior and identify usability issues. Excellent skills in creating wireframes (low to mid-fidelity) and interactive prototypes using tools like Figma or Adobe XD. Demonstrated ability to create visually appealing and pixel-perfect high-fidelity UI designs. HTML, CSS, and Front-End Knowledge (Plus) : While not mandatory, a working knowledge of HTML, CSS, and basic front-end development principles is a significant plus for effective collaboration with engineers. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to articulate design rationale clearly and persuasively.
