The ideal candidate will have 1 to 3 years of experience in recruiting, focusing on supporting the hiring needs of our clients within various sectors. This position requires effective communication skills and the ability to handle end-to-end recruitment processes.

Qualifications and Skills

• Experience in job posting and creating job descriptions that attract the right candidates.
• Proficiency in resume screening to identify potential candidates effectively.
• Ability to manage a talent pipeline, ensuring a steady flow of qualified candidates.
• Strong skills in candidate communication, ensuring timely updates and feedback.
• Understanding of employer branding techniques to enhance the company's attractiveness to potential hires.
• Proficiency in candidate sourcing (Mandatory skill), including using various platforms and techniques.
• Expertise in interview scheduling (Mandatory skill), ensuring efficient and timely coordination with candidates and interviewers.
