Key Responsibilities

Graphic Design Creation:

• Conceptualize and design engaging and visually appealing graphics for various purposes, including social media, websites, posters, brochures, banners, and other promotional materials.
• Ensure that all designs adhere to the organization’s branding guidelines, maintaining a cohesive and professional visual identity.

Collaboration & Communication

• Work closely with cross-functional teams to understand project goals, requirements, and target audience.
• Collaborate with team members to translate concepts into effective and impactful visual designs.

Software Proficiency

• Utilize graphic design software, such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), to create high-quality and innovative designs.
• Stay updated on industry trends and design tools, implementing new techniques to enhance the quality of designs.

Project Management

• Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery and maintaining high-quality standards.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather feedback, implement revisions, and finalize designs for production.

Print Production Coordination

• Work closely with printers and other production vendors to ensure accurate and high-quality output for print materials.
• Ensure that print designs meet industry standards and specifications.

Quality Assurance & Brand Compliance

• Conduct quality checks on all designs to ensure accuracy, consistency, and alignment with brand guidelines.

Qualifications & Skills

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field.
• Proven experience as a Graphic Designer with a strong portfolio showcasing diverse design projects.
• Proficiency in graphic design software, particularly Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
