Responsibilities–
·Effectively handle assaydevelopment & allied activities :
oDevelopment of biochemical and cell based in Vitro assay's using various technologies (Fluorescence Polarization, HTRF, FRET, BRET, TR-FRET, Luminescence, AlphaScreen, AlphaLisa etc)
oScreening of NCE's using validated biochemical and cell based in vitro assay's using different technologies as specified above
oHands on experience in setting up qPCR, western blot assays
oPreparing SOP drafts of validated biochemical and cell based assays
oDrafting technical write up's for proposals to be submitted to clients
oExperimenting record management
oLaboratory equipment management
·Ensure safety at work :
oFollow safety SOPs definedfor cell culture
oMaintenance and usage ofequipment/instruments as per SOPs and general housekeeping norms.
·Maintain records, dataintegrity :
oMaintainstrict data integrity and adhere to related policies.
·Ensure skill development ofself & team:
oEnhanceknowledge in the work area through formal and informal means of learning
oFocus on developing behavioral competencies through behavioral workshops and feedback discussion with manager
oExperience: 3-6 years after in an industry set up
oMSc/M.Tech in any of the applied biological sciences (Eg., Biotechnology,Microbiology, Cell Biology, Biochemistry etc.)
