Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced APM Engineer/Specialist candidate will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining application performance monitoring solutions to ensure optimal performance, availability, and scalability of our applications and infrastructure monitoring tool.

Key Responsibilities

APM Tool Implementation and configure APM tools (e.g., eG Innovation Dynatrace, App Dynamics) to monitor and analyse application performance.
Monitor application performance, identify bottlenecks, and troubleshoot issues using APM tools root Cause Analysis  conduct root cause analysis of performance issues and collaborate with development teams to resolve problems.
Optimization Identify opportunities for performance optimization and work with development teams to implement improvements.
Reporting and Dashboards  Create reports and dashboards to provide insights into application performance and trends.
Collaborate with development, operations, and QA teams to ensure application performance meets business requirements.

Configure Midleware Database and Server in APM and Infra monitoring tool.
