Interested candidates, kindly mail to enpcareers.hr@ril.com Main Purpose: The primary job function of this position is to provide expertise and assurance on Process Safety risks and achieving a highest performance standard in the field of process safety and loss prevention programs and contribute to the continuous improvement. Job Responsibilities: Responsible for process/technical safety work packs in Operations and brownfield projects from early engineering assessment stage till completion and implementation. Arrange and participate in Process Hazards analysis sessions for medium to large size projects and site changes as process safety engineer and lead PHA sessions for small to medium size site projects/changes as HAZOP, HAZID, ORAs, QRA, LOPA, PSSR, and Bow Tie. Ensure implementation of effective risk mitigation measures and controls to prevent major accidents, major environmental incidents. Develop and maintain process safety standards and procedures that comply with internal and external requirements. Monitor, audit and review processes to manage major hazards effectively while achieving industry best practices in process safety management. Support process safety incidents root cause analysis to determine the actual issues for actions. Analyze Safety Critical barrier performance and identify performance gaps for actions. Conduct Training programs and Develop Capabilities in the field of process safety for offshore and onshore E&P operations. Assurance on Management of change process for all high risk site changes using company MOC . Develop hazardous scenarios and able to interpret commercial, environmental, and personal risks using company standards and safety case for SIL determination of site SIFs using LOPA methodology. Lead medium projects Process safety in design verification findings close-out. Review dispersion and radiation simulation whenever needed for hazards assessment. Work on Hazardous area classification, Firewater operation systems & passive and active fire protection systems. Raise HSE awareness within team through arranging regular team safety meetings. Experience: A minimum of 12 years of experience in handling process safety studies for various offshore / onshore oil and gas process facilities. Qualification: Bachelors degree in engineering (Chemical) and a certified functional safety professional would be suitable.
