The opportunity

We are looking for experts in Time tracking & Advisor support processes to execute critical functions such as accounting, time tracking and absence workstreams.

Your key responsibilities:

Candidate should be Private equity finance SME and he/she should have worked exposure in PE sector.

Execute the following Finance Private Equity solutions using Global service delivery framework: Lead and support time tracking/absence workstreams Support the creation of workplans for large complex global engagements, owing risk, budget, resources, client relationships, etc. Researching and resolving day- to- day time tracking/absence issues. Work with client to support the new requirements for time tracking/absence issues. Provide support for regular and special absence/time tracking processes. Provide support for year end reporting and year end activities. Identify strategies, risks, and options, recommend approaches and mitigation to meet client requirements. Support day to day accounting functions.

Skills and attributes for success:

Good understanding of Private Equity Finance and Accounting operations

Candidate from consulting background in PE finance would be an added advantage.

Working knowledge of ledger/subledger and financial ERPs.

Strong experience in time tracking/expense management.

Financial modelling and analytical skills.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact with investors and senior management.

Qualifications:

Chartered Accountant, Cost Accountant, CPA or MBA finance with 5-10 years of experience in finance and accounting, specifically within the private equity sector..

Strong experience with financial ERP systems, particularly Microsoft Dynamics and Workday

Familiarity with tools such as Concur, Coupa, and QlikView is preferred.

Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
