Clinical site auditors play a pivotal role in ensuring the quality and compliance of clinical trials. As a senior auditor, you will be responsible for conducting thorough audits of research sites across various phases, reviewing documentation, and verifying adherence to protocols, Good Clinical Practice (GCP), and regulatory requirements.

• Conduct comprehensive site audits to identify potential risks and deviations from established guidelines.
• Review case report forms (CRFs), informed consent forms, and other relevant documentation to ensure accuracy and compliance.
• Identify and document audit findings, recommending corrective actions to improve site performance and ensure patient safety.
• Collaborate with site staff to provide guidance on compliance and training, fostering a culture of quality and excellence.
• Prepare detailed audit reports and support the implementation of corrective actions.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in a life science or related field.
• 10-12 years of experience in clinical research, with a strong background in auditing and quality assurance.
• Knowledge of GCP, International Conference on Harmonisation (ICH) guidelines, and FDA/EMA regulations.
• Excellent communication, analytical, and organizational skills.
• Ability to travel frequently is required.
