Job description
The role in a gist: As FlexiLoans enters the next orbit of growth, we are looking for people with the passion and hunger to make a dent in the MSME ecosystem. In this role you will be Relationship Management with the DSA Channels. Sounds like you? Read more on what we are looking for in the role.
What you will work on: ● Graduate with experience in handling unsecured business loans through DSA and open market. ● Building DSA relationship , Responsible for coordinating with DSA and acquire new customers ● Proactively pursue and build new channel partners ● To facilitate end to end processing of proposals from origination, approval and disbursals ● Keep check on process and compliance ● Meet and exceed KPIs and targets
The ideal candidate: ● Outstanding negotiation skills with the ability to resolve issues and address the queries. ● Strong interpersonal skills and stakeholder management skills
Qualification and Experience: ● +2 years experience in the DSA department with Banks, NBFCs, or Fintech. ● Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field from a reputed institute.
