Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and serve a variety of espresso-based drinks, manual brews, and specialty beverages.

• Maintain consistency, quality, and presentation of all drinks and food items.

• Greet and interact with customers warmly, ensuring a great café experience.

• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the bar and service area.

• Manage daily opening and closing duties efficiently.

• Monitor inventory levels of coffee, milk, and bar supplies; report shortages to management.

• Support café operations and assist team members during rush hours.

• Follow standard recipes and café procedures for quality control.

• Prior experience as a Barista or in a café environment preferred.
