Your key responsibilities

Technical Excellence

End – End recruitment
Create sourcing strategy for the approved jobs and collaborate with the hiring manager
Build new recruitment strategies to support hiring initiatives with clear and defined goals

Skills and attributes

To qualify for the role you must have
Qualification

Smart & articulative with good communication skills
Should be hands-on , sourcing through job portals & LinkedIn
Skilled in Analytics hiring (Preferred)
Location to be BLR
Experience – 3 to 6 yrs
