Role Description We are seeking a highly creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer to join our dynamic team in Mumbai. This is a full-time on-site role, responsible for conceptualizing, visualizing, and executing high-impact creative campaigns that align with Palladian’s luxury real estate positioning. The designer will: - Develop visually compelling designs, logos, and brand identities from scratch. - Conceptualize integrated campaigns for digital, print, and on-ground promotions. - Maintain design consistency and uphold brand guidelines across all platforms. - Collaborate closely with the marketing and strategy teams to bring ideas to life with creative excellence. - Use AI-led tools like Adobe Firefly to create modern, innovative campaign visuals. Qualifications & Requirements - Experience: 2–3 years of creative agency experience is mandatory. - Experience in the real estate domain will be a strong plus. - Software Proficiency: Absolute command over Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, In Design, Premiere Pro, After Effects) and Firefly for AI-led campaigns. - Skills: - Strong visualization and conceptualization abilities. - Expertise in branding, typography, and layout design. - Ability to ideate and execute campaign concepts independently. - Keen attention to detail, color, and composition. - Strong time management and multi-tasking skills. - Education: Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field. - Portfolio: A strong portfolio showcasing brand campaigns, logos, and design work is required.
