The RoleOwn the end-to-end hotel partner lifecycle-targeting, outreach, negotiation, contracting, activation, and ongoing performance.
Location: On-site, Gurugram
Type: Full-time
Comp: 6-9 LPA (fixed) + performance bonus
- Build and prioritize a city-wise target list using ratings, location, couple-friendliness, and pricing signals.
- Drive multi-channel outreach (LinkedIn, email, WhatsApp, calls) to secure meetings/proposals.
- Negotiate commissions, rate plans, allotments, blackout dates, payment terms, and value-adds.
- Close watertight contracts; maintain accurate records in CRM.
- Onboard & activate properties: content, rate loading, SOPs for couple-focused experiences.
- Track partner performance (availability, parity, conversion, cancellations, SLAs) and resolve issues with Sales & Ops.
- 1-4 years in hotel contracting / hospitality sales / B2B supply (exceptional fresher considered).
- Strong negotiation & relationship-building; comfortable with numbers and unit economics.
- Fluent in English & Hindi; crisp written outreach.
- Hands-on with LinkedIn Sales Navigator, spreadsheets, and any modern CRM.
Experience with OTAs/DMCs/startups; working knowledge of rate parity, allotments, penalty clauses.
