We are seeking a skilled Oracle EBS HRMS Techno-Functional Consultant. The ideal candidate should have more than 10 years of working experience in implementations, upgrades, support, and enhancements for the Oracle HRMS suite.Key Responsibilities:Act as the SME (Subject Matter Expert) for Oracle EBS HRMS modules including Core HR, SSHR (Self-Service HR), Payroll (US/Global), i Recruitment, OTL (Oracle Time & Labor), Performance ManagementGather business requirements, perform fit-gap analysis, and recommend solutions based on Oracle best practices.Design and configure Oracle HRMS modules to meet client/business requirements.Develop and maintain technical components such as: PL/SQL packages and procedures, Interfaces (Inbound/Outbound), XML/BI Publisher Reports, Fast Formulas, Workflows (AME / WF), Personalizations (using OA Framework / Forms Personalization)Provide production support and troubleshoot issues across HRMS modules.Perform data conversions and migrations using APIs or Interface Tables.Assist in system testing, user acceptance testing (UAT), and training.Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Finance, IT, and external vendors.Document functional and technical specifications.Support system upgrades, patching, and cloning efforts.Preferred Qualifications:Experience with Oracle Fusion HCM is a plus.Knowledge of local payroll or statutory compliance for specific countries (e.g., US, UK, India).Certifications in Oracle HRMS or HCM.Experience with Oracle Cloud migration or co-existence scenarios.Business/Professional Skills:Ability to work independently and in a team environment.Strong communication and interpersonal skills to interact with users, stakeholders, and developers.Willingness to learn new tools and technologies.Proactive and detail-oriented with strong documentation skills.After reading and understanding the criteria and minimum qualification requirements explained in the job information Oracle ebs hrms consultant at the office Aurangabad above, immediately complete the job application files such as a job application letter, CV, photocopy of diploma, transcript, and other supplements as explained above.
