The Loan Support Specialist plays a pivotal role in the success of our loan operations team. This position requires an individual with excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and a passion for delivering high-quality results.

• Lending Operations: Assist in preparing and processing loan applications from pre-submission to settlement, ensuring all necessary documentation is accurate and compliant.
• Data Management: Input and verify data in various platforms, including Infinity, HubSpot, and Apply Online (AOL), maintaining organized and compliant digital files in Google Drive and CRM.
• Lender Coordination: Submit applications via AOL with broker consent, order property valuations, pricing assessments, and credit checks, and respond to lender MIRs and follow up on pending requirements.
