We’re looking for high impact talent to help us create world class digital experiences that align with our bold vision.If you live for building extraordinary, value creating products and want to create products to transform businesses, we're your fit.Role Overview:As a Senior UX/UI & Figma Designer, you will design seamless, intuitive, and beautiful digital experiences across our suite of platforms and client websites (5000+) (including The Business Toolkit, The Printing Toolkit, and future phase The Branding Toolkit). You will work closely with product, engineering, brand, and business teams to define the user experience strategy, lead end to end design, and elevate our visual identity. You’ll bring a forward thinking mindset not just solving today’s problem, but anticipating tomorrow’s user needs and market opportunities.Key Responsibilities:• Lead the UX research and discovery process including user interviews, journey mapping, personas, and usability testing.• Define information architecture, flows, wireframes, and interactive prototypes (using Figma and other tools) that solve business objectives and deliver intuitive experiences.• Create high fidelity UI designs including layouts, typography, icons, motion/interactions, and responsive design across web and mobile.• Maintain, evolve, and enforce a scalable design system, component library, and pattern library that supports multiple brands and products.• Collaborate with product managers, engineers, brand/marketing, and stakeholders to align design with business goals, metrics, and brand vision.• Advocate for user centric design decisions, accessibility, performance, and measurable impact (conversion, engagement, retention).• Stay ahead of design and tech trends, emerging platforms (Web3, AR/VR, etc.), and drive innovation within the design function.• Mentor junior designers and contribute to building the design culture and process across the group.Required Skills & Experience:• 5 + years of professional experience in UX/UI design (ideally Saa S, B2 B2 C or brand driven platforms).• Proven mastery of Figma (components, variants, prototyping, collaborative design workflows).• Strong portfolio demonstrating end to end product design from research to final UI, with a track record of measurable outcomes.• Deep understanding of user centred design, interaction design, visual design, typography, layout, mobile and web responsiveness.• Familiarity with accessibility standards (WCAG), performance implications, and inclusive design.• Ability to collaborate cross functionally with product, engineering, marketing, and brand teams.• Excellent communication skills with the ability to articulate design rationale, defend it with data/insights, and guide stakeholder decisions.• Comfortable working in a fast paced, scaling environment with a proactive, adaptable, forward looking mindset.Bonus Skills: Familiarity with Automatic CSS (ACSS) or similar utility-based systems.Copywriting skills for website content.Graphic and asset design skills using tools like Adobe Creative Suite or Figma.Experience with website analytics.Experience with other CMS platforms.Experience with headless wordpress.Nice To Haves:• Experience building or maintaining a design system at scale.• Experience in startup or hyper growth environments.• Familiarity with motion/interaction design (Principle, After Effects), AR/VR, or other emerging interfaces.• A background in brand identity, print/digital convergence (given your Printing Toolkit and Branding Toolkit ecosystem).• Data driven design experience interpreting analytics, user metrics, conversion/engagement KPIs, and iterating designs accordingly.Why Join Us:• You’ll make outsized impact as part of the design engine driving a multi brand ecosystem aimed at 1 M brands by 2030.• Work at the intersection of design, brand, product, and business for a uniquely integrated UX/UI role.• Autonomy and ownership to shape the design strategy and execution, not just produce mockups.• Culture of innovation that challenges the status quo and expects design to lead in creating value.• Competitive compensation and equity as we scale rapidly.• Opportunity to grow into leadership roles (Design Lead or Head of Product Design across our brands) as we expand.How To Apply:Please submit your resume and a link to your portfolio (preferably web or interactive) that clearly shows your process from research to wireframes to prototype to final UI, including metrics or impact when possible.
