This freelance, remote position is ideal for candidates with strong management and strategic skills who want to make an international impact. Key ResponsibilitiesManage and optimize Google Ads campaigns with budgets of USD 50,000 - 100,000/month. Develop and execute performance-driven strategies to maximize ROI and cost efficiency.

Conduct A/B testing, optimize bidding strategies, targeting, and creatives. Analyze campaign data, provide strategic insights, and implement improvements. Coordinate with cross-functional teams (media, content, technical) to drive higher conversions.

RequirementsMinimum 3 years of hands-on experience managing Google Ads (Search, Performance Max, You Tube, Display). Proven leadership skills in delegating tasks, monitoring progress, and guiding team members. Strong expertise in performance marketing, GA4, GTM, and funnel optimization.
