Job Description:

We are looking for a motivated and experienced Housing Specialist with 2–4 years of hands-on experience in the Gurgaon real estate market, especially in builder floors. The ideal candidate should have strong client-handling skills, good market knowledge, and the ability to close high-value transactions efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle client inquiries and provide professional property consultations.
• Assist clients in buying and selling builder floors across Gurgaon.
• Conduct site visits, property presentations, and negotiations with clients.
• Maintain strong relationships with clients, brokers, and developers.
• Stay updated with Gurgaon’s real estate trends, market pricing, and upcoming developments.
• Work towards monthly sales targets and ensure smooth transaction closures.
• Manage follow-ups, documentation support, and client onboarding.

Requirements:

• 2 to 4 years of experience in real estate sales, specifically builder floors in Gurgaon.
• Strong knowledge of Gurgaon sectors, locations, and property trends.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to build trust and long-term relationships with clients.
• Self-driven, target-oriented, and comfortable conducting multiple site visits.
• Own vehicle preferred.
