What Youll Be Responsible For: Planning, launching, and scaling high-performance campaigns on Meta & Google Ads Analysing funnel drop-offs , audience signals , and creative hooks — not just tweaking CPC Leading day-to-day optimisation with a long-term growth mindset Collaborating with internal designers & founders to test creatives and landing page angles Proactively suggesting experiments based on data (and having the logic to back them up) What Were Looking For: 2-3 years of hands-on experience in e-commerce performance marketing Managed ₹50L+ in cumulative ad spend Deep understanding of ROAS, CAC, AOV, LTV, and how to move these metrics Ability to think like a growth partner , not a task-taker Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-ownership environment Were a small team, doing big things — and were building this with people who genuinely care about the work.
