Quality Assurance Automation Engineer

We are looking to onboard three HCs for the Quality Engineer role, which is a remote position.You will be responsible for

Ensuring that software bugs are detected early in the Software Development Lifecycle, liaising with the development teams to promote continuous alignment

Implementing automated tests for multiple testing scenarios in the context of a wide range of country instances

Continuously extending the coverage of automation tests to support early detection of bugs and risks

Working closely with country distribution and core domain squads to ensure software quality goals are being achieved

Proposing process improvements in the context of our continuous improvement strategy, and driving their implementation

Mastering all the needed tools and components required to perform assigned tasks

Follow the software development best practices and methodologies adopted by the company

Produce relevant documentation and guidelines to support the quality as everyones responsibility strategy

You will require the following qualifications and skills

Solid experience with automated testing, with at least 7 years of experience.Knowledge of at least one software development language

Experience with Selenium, Cucumber, or similar technologies

Experience building automated test suites for build/regression testing

Experience with Jenkins, CircleCI, Bamboo, or similar tools

The following qualifications are not mandatory, but will be valued

Experience building Load/Stress Tests, using tools such as JMeter, Blazemeter, Apache Benchmark or similar

Experience in a continuous integration/deployment environment

Experience building tests in the context of a microservice/SOA architecture

Experience testing interfaces and APIs using SOAP-UI, Rest-Assured,or similar tools
